We at Wiebold know: Our employees are our most important resource and without our staff our company would not have the successful track record it has.

Creativity, the willingness to perform and entrepreneurial thinking are the typical characteristics of a Wiebold team member. For this reason we created a working environment which creates an ideal framework for our employees thanks to flat hierarchies and an open communication and information policy.

Our workforce has the opportunity to realize their potential to the full, develop themselves further and pursue unusual career paths.

We respect the personal circumstances of our team members in and have therefore developed flexible part-time work models in many areas which allow a work-life balance to be achieved.

The family itself of course plays an important role with our family-run enterprise. For this reason we guarantee the children of our employees a traineeship within our company and the experience with this commitment has been outstanding. The youngest newborns of our employees are welcomed into the world with a Steiff teddy bear and a cash gift to the parents.

All of our employees are directly involved in our company’s success. Ten percent of all profit is paid out to all team members and these dividends are paid in equal shares. This is in keeping with our belief that every employee, from top management all the way to an apprentice have the same share in our success because without that person it would not have worked.

An international frame of mind is an indelible part of Wiebold’s corporate culture and thus goes without saying. Nearly all our business areas have people working there with a varied cultural background. Our employees come from a total of twelve countries.
